Jason Morische LL.B.
skip to navigationAs an active member of the Canadian Forces, Mr. Morische is currently on extended assignment with the military and is expected to return to the firm in January 2011. Existing clients of Mr. Morische's have been contacted and their files have been transferred to other lawyers in the firm. Mr. Morische holds an Hon. B.A. and M.A. in Political Science (International Relations and Conflict Management) from the University of Toronto and received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. While at Osgoode Hall, Mr. Morische took part in the school's unique Intensive Program in Criminal Law completing his internship for the Crown Law Office - Criminal where he was involved in two successful crown appeals.
Not content to put his considerable talents to work only for the crown, Mr. Morische spent his final year at Osgoode Hall as a Division Leader in the Criminal Law Section of the school's Community Legal Assistance Program (CLASP) where he began his practice as a defence lawyer. Mr. Morische then articled for a senior criminal lawyer in Toronto before joining Adler Bytensky Prutschi as an associate.
In addition to his impressive legal credentials, Mr. Morische holds the rank of Captain in the reserves of the Canadian Forces where he serves as in infantry officer with the 48th Highlanders of Canada.
