Pardons

A criminal conviction will remain on your criminal record for eternity unless you take steps to have it removed. Your record can interfere with your immigration status, employment opportunities, or ability to travel.

can help guide you through the process of obtaining a pardon to clear your record of old offences. You must wait at least three years since the offence (and often longer) before a pardon can be considered and you will be required to acquire numerous details of your criminal record before submitting your application. For persons with a background in the military, additional steps must be taken before your application can be considered.
