In 2005, D. B. was charged along with two adult offenders with the beating death of a man in a Hamilton bar. After extensive review of over 4000 pages of disclosure and numerous CD/DVD statements, Jason Morische uncovered several key inconsistencies in the evidence that pointed to D.B.’s innocence.

Mr. Morische painstakingly reviewed these inconsistencies at a lengthy Judicial Pre-Trial while the case was still being developed against all three co-accused. One week prior to the commencement of the preliminary inquiry Mr. Morische was notified that the charges against his client would be withdrawn.
