Airport Rap Nixed

The Toronto Sun, June 1, 2001

The supervisor of a Pearson airport ground crew has been cleared of theft charges after being suspended without pay for 14 months.

Frank Vescio, 30, of Downsview, is undergoing training to return to his Terminal 3 job, said his lawyer Edward Prutschi.

Prutschi said Vescio and three others were charged in April 2000 after a laptop computer went missing while being loaded on a flight bound for Amsterdam. He said charges against Vescio and two others were withdrawn last month.
