Diana Morokhovets holds an Hon. B.A. in both History and Criminology from York University. She received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
During her studies at Osgoode, Ms. Morokhovets was actively involved with the Innocence Project where she was responsible for screening potential cases of wrongful conviction for eligibility and finalizing applications for ministerial reviews. She was also involved with the student legal aid clinic, CLASP, and interned with the United Nations Development Program in Serbia where she participated in advocacy, research and analysis relating to judicial reform programs and practices around the globe.
Ms. Morokhovets is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, representing clients in a broad range of criminal cases. She joined the firm as an associate upon her call to the bar after articling with Bytensky Prutschi Shikhman.
